By downloading, installing, or using Optim ("the App"), you accept these Terms of Service. If you don't accept them, don't use the App. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Gloss Digital LLC ("we", "us", "Optim").
You must be 18 or older to use Optim. By using the App you confirm that you are an adult. Peptides are research compounds, and Optim is not designed for or directed at minors.
The compound library summarizes publicly available research literature. Dose ranges shown are typical research-reported values, not prescriptions. Side-effect notes are not exhaustive. The AI Stack Optimizer reasons over your logged data using publicly available models — its outputs are suggestions, not clinical recommendations, and may be inaccurate.
Optim does not sell, supply, source, or distribute peptides, research compounds, or supplies. The Shop section contains affiliate links to third-party vendors that we have used and consider reputable, but we are not responsible for their products, their handling, their quality control, their shipping, or anything else. Buying from any vendor is your own decision and responsibility.
Peptides occupy a complex legal status that varies dramatically by country, state, and use case (research vs. personal use vs. prescription). You are solely responsible for determining whether your acquisition, possession, and use of any peptide is legal in your jurisdiction and your specific circumstances. We make no claims about legality and provide no legal guidance.
Optim is free to download and use with limited features (1 active protocol, 2 compounds tracked, full library read-only access, outcome scoring, vial inventory, reconstitution calculator).
Paid plans:
Founder pricing (the Lifetime and Annual rates) is offered during the initial launch window and may be discontinued or modified at any time for new sign-ups. Once you've purchased at founder pricing, that price is locked in for you for the duration of your plan.
If you purchased the Founder Lifetime plan within the last 30 days and decide Optim isn't for you, email matt@optim.bio with the purchase confirmation and we'll process a full refund — no questions asked. Refunds after 30 days are evaluated case-by-case.
Founder Annual and Standard Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals but doesn't refund the current billing term.

The AI Stack Optimizer and bottle scanner use third-party AI models (Anthropic's Claude via OpenRouter). AI outputs may be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. We do not warrant the accuracy of any AI-generated content. You agree to use your judgment and not rely solely on AI recommendations for any health decision.
The Shop tab contains affiliate links. We may receive a commission when you purchase through these links. This does not increase the price you pay. Our use of affiliate links does not constitute endorsement of the vendor's products or recommendation of any particular peptide.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL GLOSS DIGITAL LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR HEALTH, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Using peptides carries health risks including but not limited to allergic reactions, adverse interactions with medications, unknown long-term effects, infection from improper injection technique, and contamination from improper storage or reconstitution. You acknowledge these risks and agree that your decision to use any peptide is made independently of Optim and at your sole risk.
We may terminate your access to the App if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as outlined in Section 7.
We may update these Terms as the App evolves. Material changes will be flagged in an in-app notice. Continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
